Texas Loop 151 and Arkansas Route 151 are part of a larger partial beltway loop around Texarkana, TX and Texarkana, AR. Texas' Loop 151 starts at the interchange with I-369, US 59, and Texas 93 and continues east to the Texas/Arkansas border where it continues as mostly unsigned AR 151. AR 151 makes its way to I-49, where that road ends.
