I-369 runs along the western edge of the Texarkana Loop from I-30 to the US 59/TX 93/Lp 151 split. It was recently created and will eventually connect 110 miles south to near Nacogdoches. US 59 runs concurrently with the entirety of I-369.

Heading north, the first exit past the US 59 merge is US 67, which runs into downtown Texarkana. US 67 parallels I-30 in northeast Texas into southwestern Arkansas.

Continuing northward, we approach US 82 and a few local roads in and around Texarkana, TX. US 82 runs through the Red River region of Texas and into deep southern Arkansas.
