I-895 in Maryland
Harbor Tunnel Thruway

I-895, also known as the Harbor Tunnel Thruway, is one of the first expressways built in the Baltimore area. Opened in 1957, the Harbor Tunnel and its accompanying approach thruway have been helping travelers cross through Baltimore for over 70 years. I-895 only has exits beyond the tolls in either direction except for Lombard St on I-895 South, which gives access to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
